as for the shot, i love it, its a change from your normal stuff and i think thats why [not to say i dont like your normal stuff but...]
anyway its a great composition and lighting and exposure look great, but im a bit iffy with the added noise, i can see what your going for and i like it, if the noise was more natural it would rock, the only thing is: it kills the contrast, with most high grain films you dont really see noise in really contrasty areas [blacks and whites] so i think thats what detracts from it, i know this would be borderline photomanip, but maybe if you did 2 layers the background with no grain and the foreground with grain, then selectively deleted the darkest areas [her upper torso to be specific] then blended a little...

but that may sound kinda stupid... im just thinking aloud

[if you can think aloud on a written comment?]

did i mention i love the color?

great idea to add noise -- since it's on the railway -- that raw looks fits well -- like the lines of the photo -- and the fact that -- melanie hands are also straight -- lends to this idea -- came out really nice -- later days

this picture gives me a feeling of freedom. the noise makes it feel like its from a disposible camera or something of the sort, which just adds to that feeling, the on the move, random picture idea. it's beautiful.
where is this take?

Her picture reminds me of a monster trying to scare someone the way her hands are raised in the air, and that absolutely makes me smile. I love this pictures, it's going to the :+favs: ! :)

I really like the composition, but the contrast is a little too low. I like photos with a high contrast...
But in general, the photo is very well done.

i like this one a lot. it seems different from anything else youve done. i like that you cant see her face - leaves a little mystery to what her emotion might be.
this would look sweet with a frame, too

I love this in unbelievable ways. I like that you can't see her face, but you can still see her emotion in her posture. And I like that you can't even see her hair because of the hood. I just like this. A lot.
